Sometimes you would like to do things completely different way than your co-workers, but they don’t believe you or are not willing to take the change.
What do you do then?
You can try to convince others – and you should briefly, but don’t take it personally if they don’t accept your way.
It’s rarely worth convincing others right now. Take a slower approach. People are slow to accept changes.
They need time to think about it.
Just keep it up. Remind about your idea when they are struggling.
If you are right, or your way is better, they will notice it later on.
Let them fail, and try to convince your way when they fail.
